This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Lined Press, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. In short: we collect as little as we need, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising or tracking analytics.
1. Who we are
Lined Press is made with love in India by Intersans Design Pvt Ltd, Vadodara, Gujarat (“we”, “us”, “our”). We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the “controller” under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: support@linedpress.com.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix problems quickly.
11. International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our providers, such as Anthropic and our cloud providers, may process data in other countries, including the United States. When data moves between countries, we rely on our providers’ contractual commitments, including Standard Contractual Clauses where the GDPR requires them, and on their security measures. Transfers out of India follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government of India sets.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a summary of how it’s used;
- correct data that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data or your whole account;
- export your data in a common, machine-readable format;
- object to or restrict some uses of your data;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting what we did before; and
- complain to a data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email support@linedpress.com from the email address on your account, with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires. We don’t charge for reasonable requests.
13. Users in India
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access information about your data, to correct and erase it, to have a grievance addressed, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated. You can send a nomination or any of these requests to support@linedpress.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
14. Users in the EU and UK
We process your data on the legal bases set out in section 5. You have the rights listed in section 12 under the GDPR, and you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
15. Users in the United States
We don’t sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws such as California’s. You can ask to know, correct or delete your personal information using the steps in section 12, and we won’t treat you differently for doing so.
16. Children
Lined Press is only for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Data breaches
